Duncan has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years, having qualified as a master matwork teacher and a level 4 lower back pain exercise specialist. Duncan is qualified in Reformer, Cadillac and the Wunda chair and all the small equipment. Along with the classes and private sessions he runs in his own studio. Duncan is a keen runner, having taken part in over 40 marathons and half marathons and works with lots of local runners on improving running technique.
